Once again, it's hard to capture this color well on film. It's a very bright, grassy green that's neither as chartreuse-y as the first photo nor as sage-y as the second one; it looks as though it belongs in a sun-flooded room in someone's country home on a breezy summer day.I'm already 100% more inclined to spend time in this room.

That is *great*! I love the colour. And am particularly struck by how the old-fashioned desk lamp works with the green of the walls. Well painted!

Thanks! And yes, PhD Me: it is a built-in bookcase (singular). I wish there were more than one, or that there were room for other (non-built-in) ones in the room, but it's a fairly small space and the most likely wall has a huge radiator along it. Still, I'm delighted with what I've got.

I LOVE green rooms! ST's bedroom used to be green and it was always my favorite place to be when the sunlight flooded the room. Great, great choice!

beautiful! That was exactly the color I had originally envisioned for Squirt's room but we had such a hard time actually finding it. (In the end marielle helped us choose a lovely creamsicle-peachy color instead.)
